Question:
My sister in law just been murdered now now and she is pregnant about 6 months what’s to do in this situation is to take out the baby and burry her separate or to burry the mother with the child inside her
Answer:

In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
We are saddened to hear of the tragic situation. We make duʿā to Allāh to grant your sister-in-law the highest stages in Jannah and the family patience.
If one is certain that the foetus has died, then the child will not be removed. The mother and child will be buried together, i.e., without removing the child.
And Allāh Taʿālā knows best.

ولو ماتت حامل وأكبر رأيهم أن الولد حي شق بطنها من الجانب الأيسر، وبالعكس قطع الولد إربا إربا تتارخانية
